STILL WAITING (AND PISSED)

I ordered a sofa two months ago and was told it would be delivered ON OR BEFORE TODAY'S DATE. Beginning about two weeks ago I tried to check the status but the "track shipment" link they gave me was broken. I called, emailed, called again, emailed three more times. NO RESPONSE. Their automated phone system (i.e. "press 1 to speak to a godforsaken human being") DOES NOT WORK, it just repeats on a maddening loop. I am out $3,000 with ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA where my sofa is. The store I purchased from (Classy Home) is no help either, repeatedly directing me to AM Trucking's BROKEN tracking link. HOW AND WHY DO BUSINESSES LIKE THIS CONTINUE TO OPERATE??????????????????????????????????????????
