Still waiting ……..

I have been a Platinum level Donor since December 2020 . Having said that , I am still waiting almost 5 months later for the promised No Fee - Platinum Debit card and also to go with that I am not receiving double points . User's recommendation: Make sure donors receive what is stated and due to them .
