Still waiting 4 months for a reimbursement

Their technology is antiquated so I paid for my full year of part D coverage in full. In March they took out 3 months of premiums from my account. Still waiting for the full payment of just over $40. I received 1 payment of 13.90...by mail...they didn't even put it...
