What a disappointment with Long and Foster Home Warranty Plan. I would not renew this unless I wanted more lip services and to hear from them it is "still in research". It has been in research now for 12 days to determined if they will repair or replace my clothes washer. They are quick to take another $100 to see and verify problem. The appliance company they sent out was good. It has now been almost four weeks and Long and Foster still cannot tell me my options. This should have been a simple research to see if parts are still available or they will be providing a replacement. This is not rocket research. I call them everyday, log who I have spoken too and always get the same response "still in research" we will get back to you ASAP.
