Update by user Oct 18, 2019 Talked with Exact Data multiple times, they would look for an exception but nothing ever happened. Original review posted by user Oct 17, 2019 We purchased a list from Exact Data and well over 1/4 of the list was garbage. They agreed. Then because the company switched bank accounts, they said they would only refund the money to the original bank. We requested them to send a check. They refused. So my suggestion to any business looking at purchasing a list from Exact Data: Don't unless you don't care the accuracy of your list. They promise great results and we got 0.001% responses.... keep that in mind when you buy from them.
