Still nothing

I paid one of my phone accounts to freedom and was double billed. The money was taken but not applied to my account nor was I refunded any money. I spent 3hours a day for 4 days trying to resolve but nothing. I have the trace numbers and Initiator numbers for both transactions from my bank via Interac. Now I am getting notices that, that account is late being paid! I think im taking all three accounts to Koodo. I'm done. User's recommendation: Do not trust this company.
