My sister purchased this product in June 1986. As a dare among siblings, I told her we both would use it and see who actually quit. I remember following the plan, where it stated to stand in front of a mirror, smoking a cigarette, and ask yourself if you liked what you saw. I did not like it, and quit on that day in June 1986. I have been cigarette-free and smoke-free ever since. My sister relapsed, stating she wanted something that would make her quit. I told her the only thing that would make her quit is her. Here we are in December 2018, and I have not touched a cigarette of any kind, cigar, snuff, or any other form of tobacco in the past 32 years.
