Still having issues with my account

I filed a complaint with POC a week or so ago. Within 1 day a member from Vroom contacted me "on behalf of the executive team". She indicated that she personally would track my issue and follow it through to resolution. She even gave me her "direct line". 1 of 3...

If you are actual Representative of Vroom you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
