Still haven’t received my watch

I placed an order with this company on January 24th, 2020. My watch is showing in the "Quality control" phase and has been since early February. I contacted the company after a couple of weeks, and on February 24 Mike said he would check the status, but everything had been delayed because of the Corona virus. Seemed fair. Today is April 15th, and I have yet to receive any other communication of any kind from this company. I totally understand Corona virus has impacted business. However, the current message on their site states they are open for business. I have called (the number for US/Canada goes straight to voicemail and never rings), emailed multiple email addresses multiple times, as well as sent countless messages directly through their website. I am very disappointed with the lack of service I have been provided. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, but it does not appear so. User's recommendation: At this time, I would say DO NOT order from here.
