i keep hearing 7 to 10 days it will be sent out but that was 6 months ago. anytime i try to talk to a rep i get a 2 hour wait time or if i send an email with all information they tell me that it can be resolved by talking to a rep. This is absurd. I am sure they are charging the government but i have no service from them. i am so very pissed User's recommendation: absolutely do not recommend. check with a provider you recognize and is local so you can get answers.
