Still haven’t received my money

Hi this is my 3rd time contacting you guys about my returned item, the item was received on the 14th and it is now the 30th!!. This is ridiculous that I have to wait so long for my money even after you guys have received the item back. I have not heard anything regarding getting my money and this is getting out of hand. My order # is AYS0364****. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP.
