Still haven’t receive my parcel

I suppose to get my parcel like 3 days ago until now i still haven't receive. i was home from 9-18hrs for the last 3 days. all I've got to track & trace all day. End of the day i only got " client wasn't home " however I've not receive any phone call from the driver...
