Still haven’t had any contact from British Gas.

Have been trying to change our address since the beginning of April. Received an email asking us to ring giving more details, but unfortunately that number was no longer in use. Would like someone to contact us to assure us that the account is up and running. We appreciate that this is a difficult time, but we don't want to be without gas and electricity.
