Update by user Aug 29, 2020 It has not developed I called other companys to look over my home and u was told I have multiple colony's in my home and terminex refuses to do anything after 3 years my home I am told by other companys it needs to be tented for a cost of 45 hundred dollars and that is about what I have paid terminex thus far and they now refuse to do what they where paid to do and put the blame on me Update by user Aug 29, 2020 Terminex has done nothing for me I am left with termites eating my home I have major damage and they do not want to take responsibility for not doing there job Original review posted by user Jul 30, 2020 I never said to cancel I told the tech when he called there was no point coming and doing it the same way you guys have been doing for the past 2 and a half years I have had you guys at my home on many occasions and the termites just keep coming back and doing major damage to my home I have had to replace a main support over the master bedroom window and the only reason I knew there was a problem was the drywall was cracking I had to put in temp supports remove both windows replace the.main support over the window it took a lot of wood 2×4s and 2×6s my deck out front both sets of stairs were eaten and collapsed and your solution was to say to me it's not part of the house and you did nothing they are now around my front door upstairs in one of the bedrooms they have eaten around the large window and all around the door going out to my porch yesterday I had a new hot water heater installed and had to move things in my garage there was termite pellets everywhere and termite wings in many areas of my home I spent a lot of money and was told by you guys this would take care of my problem well it did not i.was told I had a guarantee, so I guess instead of admitting this did not work you cancelled my contract I gave you about 4 thousand dollars as of this point I feel you should rent my home at your cost and finally end this problem or give me back all my money because I still have termites, and they have caused I know many thousands of dollars of damage I had a different company look at my home, and I was told I have many swords all over my home so let me know what you plan on doing about this if I do not hear within seven days that will put us about August 7th and by then you should have a plan by then so it, I hear nothing by then I will be forced to take the next step Matthew fico 1653 Virginia Dr Melbourne fl 32935 User's recommendation: Have a few different companys look first.
