Still have not recieved my check in the mail its been almost 2 months

doTHey closed my account and then accepted my direct deposit. then mailed it to an old address i had changed by verifying my identity to add new address. so o called 2 weeks ago and i still have not gotten my check in mail after i verified my identity for new addrresd a second time. i have really been needing my check. my car insurance lapsed my cellphone waas shut off. i need my money. please User's recommendation: do not bank here the call staff is very confused and they prefer u to email which takkes 2 days to get an answer.
