Still have not received my money or a resolution

Last year in August I purchased tickets for an event which was cancelled due to COVID. The seller and organizer is not trying to help or give me my $127.00 back. I have been told my tickets can be transferred to another event but all events are still being cancelled due to covid. Meanwhile, I still don't have my money back. I will NEVER use Evenbrite again!! User's recommendation: DON'T USE EVENTBRITE.
