On Thursday July 15th at approximately 1:50 pm, I arrived to one of the Valvoline Francise location off of Hwy 78 located in Stone Mountain, Ga 30087. My 6yr old asthmatic nephew and I waited in the car to get the express oil change. After waiting in the hot car for more than 1 1/2 hours, the male technician approached my car to tell me they broke a pipe. I still don't have my car.
