Still doesn’t work

Over the period of 6 months I have taken Sky Bell off the mount, in hopes of rebooting....NO LUCK. When trying to contact customer service even the reCapcha I am Not a Robot feature is disfunctional. I have had one call back with advice which did not work. My Nest product works fine. SN 142871****. Too bad, I was excited about this product.
