I ordered a motorcycle from Peace Sports, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was shipped right away and ended up in Orlando Sept. 8th. However, even though the ESTES terminal is only an hour away from my residence, I am still awaiting delivery. After multiple phone calls and messages I found a customer service rep who said it was taken to the wrong terminal. It is now at the correct terminal, yet no phone calls to schedule delivery. I have a roll back tow truck to pick it up myself, but NO this is not allowed apparently. I just want what I paid for to be delivered. I do not feel that is being unreasonable. User's recommendation: Never use Estes.
