Sticks in product

I bought 2 1pound bags at dewey ave smoke shop and the tobacco is very dried out and there are big sticks threw out the bags. I tried returning them to dewey ave smoke shop but ny states that it cant be returned. I have been buying this product for over 15 years and am very dissapointed.
