Waited 12 days before setting up an appointment with us last minute (2 days before paperwork expired with the bank). Showed up 20+ minutes late and did our entire house appraisal in less than 15 minutes. Reported to the bank that our home was 200+ sq ft smaller than it really is. This company couldn't even do basic addition correctly when adding the sq footage price. This has created an enormous problem with our mortgage lender due to this incompetent company (to the tune of $540). I would NEVER recommend using Stewart Appraisal!
