Steve takes your money, starts job, takes more money, then leaves the job. He has done it over and over for years. He continues to do it without repercussions. Hes been sued many times and continues to get away with screwing people over. I tried legal action, but he has no true address. Steve needs to be stopped! Warn everyone.
