First of all the owner Chris is a school teacher who tries to act like he knows the business, and honestly needs Debbie , his mom, to check he wipes himself correctly. Mr. Ricky is even a bigger joke, he thinks he knows the business, but does nothing for customer relations, and messes paperwork, communications and flat out lies instead of owning up to his screw ups. As long as they make their money and pays chris's rent and things out west they are happy. They care nothing about their techs and runs them all out. Nobody has ever left this company without being accused of doing them wrong. You can give your all, and they demand more. I had complete faith in steve and debbie and then all of a sudden their son Chris and Ricky are the worst two people you can have involved. Trust me when I say its pretty bad when they have more pencil pushers than techs working. 27 years in business must be in dog years.
