Just yuck! from the rooter to the tooter BAD! it took OVER TWO MONTHS for my order to arrive for starter. it was a stained glass piece. I messaged to find out what the delay was and got zip, zilch back. When the piece did arrive there were globs of creamy gray stuff where the pieces connected. in my limited experience sauder is often used to piece together stained glass. sauder is known to have lead in it. the piece was made in china. i messaged to ask what the component was and if there was lead. customer service told me to, "wipe it off"! Wait?! Say what?? I am not trying to mess with this stuff if there is lead in it! I ended up sending it back and PLOW AND HEARTH HAD THE GALL TO SHORT MY RETURN BY $20!!!! what the heck! when i contacted them there was some restock drag!!! Never again!
