Steel belts separated on 3 of 4 tires purchased

I bought 4 tires 235-55R18 to replace the original tires on a 2012 Dodge Challenger . I was told that Hurcules tires were good tires. The belts in 3 of the 4 tires went bad with plenty of tread left . Never had a belt to separate on a tire since starting to drive in 1970 I will not have another one since I will not by another Hercules tire .
