Hi, Over the weekend I had my grad and I wanted to wear your lovely stecy black heels. However mid walk up my strap around ankle came undone and my shoe almost fell off. I lost the black strap that goes around my ankle, it somehow must've fallen off ruining the look of my dress and as a result, grad night. As an avid shopper of Steve Madden I don't understand why the strap isn't attached to the shoe like mo? Without the strap this shoe is impractical and unrealistic to wear making it worthless. Where would I be able to get a strap without buying a pair of shoes? Let's get this fixed. Kady
