I recently purchased a hand held steamer from overstock and it showed there were 3 big cleaning pad but only came with one. I called overstock and they put in for a parts request. I decided to order another one thinking that if this one had the 3 pads I would send the first one back. To my surprise this one had no pads with it. I don't know who packages this product but it is no good without cleaning pads. The photo on line shows 3 large pads.
