I tried to get a refund but they would only issue a credit. I booked the same flight but changed only the departing leg of the flight. They charged me $200.00 for a flight that I did not cancel. Then when I checked the tickets the return home flight had been changed. I never discussed changing the last leg of the flight with the rep. Now I will have to change again and I just know they will charge me another $200.00. ONE TRAVEL - Just for your information, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! User's recommendation: Do not use this site!
