This company will not return your deposit unless you ask for it. This is considered fraud. Why have regulators not stepped in? Also this company makes it unbelievably difficult to cancel the service. They will claim they didn't receive a lawyer's letter even when the lawyer received confirmation. This company must be investigated. Their fees are ridiculously high and do not reflect in any way whatsoever accurate usage. It is *always* on the extremely high side. Fees are high. It is a massive battle to try to cancel your service. Everyone should avoid condos using this company. They are criminal!!!! The customer service acts stupid as that is the policy in the hopes that the customer gets so fed up and quits asking for their owed money. This company is 100% a scam. If you ask an agent to speak to a supervisor they are trained to say there is no supervisor. This is a huge red flag. Give me a break. And you cannot cancel your service without a lawyer's letter of cancellation. Too bad they deny receiving that everytime. CROOKS! User's recommendation: AVOID ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS.
