I ordered 4 wigs from Ebonyline and they were "NEVER DELIVERED". I called and called and emailed them finally after numerous calls I spoke with Rep "DESIREE " who told me to file a Police report because their driver said the package was delivered and Never lose packages. I told her Im not filing a false Police report. I want my money back!! I even sent a film from my security system to show that the package was not delivered. I asked to open a claim. She said that they will keep denying my claim because The driver said it was delivered. I told her that was a" LIE". I also said that I never signed for a package and asked her to have her Home Service Delivery person show PROOF BY SIGNATURE. She said they have to go by their company polices so file a complaint with Fed Ex first then provide her with the case number. I did that. THEY CLAIM WAS DENIED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THE PACKAGE NEVER CAME
