I deposited 5000.00 to invest with Ally from my bank in a transfer, after several days it showed still pending. I constantly checked my bank and finally it disappeared from a pending status, so I processed another bank transfer in the amount of 5000.00 again. After several days I saw that the funds was taken from my bank account but when I tried to buy stocks, Ally Financial restricted my ability to buy any stock but held on to my stock. Ally also restricted my ability to withdraw my funds, so I constantly called and finally reached Jenn after a 48 minuted wait. I noticed I was charge 30.00 and questioned Jenn about the deduction from my 5000 and why am I restricted from buying stock and restricted from withdrawing my now 4970 from my account. Ally stole 30.00 from my funds and trying to steal my 4970 funds by not allowing me the access to withdraw my funds. Moments after I informed them that I would expose their illegal behavior, my access to certain tabs have been blocked and will not allow me to open it. I have tried to get into my account for over two hours and have been on hold on the phone waiting for Kray H. and have been not one has answered. User's recommendation: ALLY FINANCIAL ARE THIEVES.
