I got an early start on Sunday morning to get a PM on my truck. Got into a bay, waiting inside and finally one of the oil changers told us that they didn't have any oil or fuel filters. Of course, I couldn't help but wonder why the manager of the previous shift nor the manager of the current shift failed to realize that they have no filters. Wasted over an hour for that, then the manager said he's trying to find some but doesn't know how long that will take. I guess they actually saved me from a huge mistake they could've made. Terrible service, and no real technicians.
