After a house fire that my mother died in last June, B of A sold my parents loan to these idiots in last December and it has been a nightmare. Even State Farm screwed us. I paid off SLS the full amount of the loan in April and they refuse to expedite the release of the lien. My hands are tied with the property. Their customer service hangs up on callers, never escalates calls to supervisors or managers and generally refuses to help. And most importantly, no compassion towards their customers who are going through extreme grief.
