Paid my rent on time for 2 years at the Franklin Indiana location.Give them more than the 30 days notice I was leaving.From that point on they kept trying to force a new lease on me.Kept telling them I was leaving and had given fair notice.Then they said I owed them another months rent because I didn't give notice I was leaving.In total I sent them 2 letters saying I was leaving and God knows how many times I told them such.Stay clear of any properties they own,all they want is your money and good luck trying to end your lease,they will tack more months on.
