I was in my unit Jan 19 2020 locked the door like always receives a call Jan 28 from the onsite manager saying my unit was improperly lock I went to look. At it noticed there was about 8500 dollars worth of fishing gear and tools missing file a police report and claim through there insurance. The lady that was the on-site manager said it would be covered under there insurance revives a call today stateing that they will not be covering my claim and pretty much calling me a idiot I will be moveing the rest of my stuff
