Miami. Reserved and prepared for a full size car. They did not have the car I reserved and told me I had to downgrade at the same price to one they had until they got another car in. Well I wasn’t spending anytime in Miami so I had to wait for the car I reserved another day or else take a compact car for the whole two weeks. The would not give me a discount even with a smaller car. They said to email manager who was not there of course and he will give me a discount. Well I did three times with no reply and on top of it I had to wait at least an hour for that compact car even when I returned it early in fact. Please of crap company. Never ever again.
