Stay away FTD

I ordered flowers for a funeral through legacy / FTD online. Received confirmation of the order. Next morning received a message advising that flowers were being prepared for delivery. At 5pm I received a message advising that they could not deliver flowers.They advised that they could try to deliver to a house.. If I wanted to have them delivered to a house i would have done that to start with. After numerous messages, they refunded my money.
