I will never buy anything from WatchShop again and of course I would never recommend this store to anyone. My experience with them was bad and they gave me nothing but headache and we are still in the middle of resolving my issue! I ordered a watch and since it was a present for a family member I wanted to get it as soon as possible, so I paid extra money for next day delivery, but my order did not show up. I contacted WatchShop and they said that there was nothing to worry about. After one week of waiting I sent a refund request but they refused to give my money back. They said that they only can refund the money I paid for shipping but I did not agree and demanded a full refund. They said they need some time to think and never replied since then. WatchShop is a fraud company, they are the worst I have ever dealt with!! Stay away from this store!
