I had initially purchased insurance on two automobiles, and on my home. I contacted the agent again to add another vehicle; they never got back to me. So I went shopping and found a better insurance, that being more coverage and less cost with no increase in my out of pocket. So I tried and tried to get State Farms; policies closed out or cancelled.. The house insurance was by the month deduction from my checking acct. The cars were paid by check for six (6) months at a time. I finally had to have (at my expense) stop payment filed with my bank. So the house was cancelled finally. Then I get a notice that I had also given them permission to deduct the car insurance from my checking acct. Which I had not done. At any rate it is now January 6, 2020 and I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my car insurance policies stopped. Since Late October or Early November. For what reason I do not understand they gave me an agent that is a two plus hour drive from me when there is one nine (9) miles away from my house. No matter when I call or how often I call or at what time I call they are always either out of normal business hours, And I have tried on more than one occasion to call every hour only to get a message that they arent open. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE LATE OCTOBER/EARLY NOVEMBER. To no avail.
