The worst ever bad experience I had ! The sale manager his name i think Larry is just a pig! He was lying me about the price and trying to make me accept his conditions without taking time to know what i want. Shame to lexus to let a *** people like that representing them. And because i don't to accept to do the deal the same day, without to ask he went and came back with another personn that he present as his sales manger and both was trying to make me accept the deal and to take the car the same day! It was as a timeshare process! Pression no respect ! And because i didn t accept he told he have no time to lose anymore. Just for that i went directly to mercedes.
