Call them out to clean laundry drain line. Showed up late after they call me that the tech was 20 minutes out 3 hours later he showed up. Took him down to the basement showed him the problem. Spent 20 minutes trying to sell me $2,000 dollar whole house cleaning and video inspection. Told him I just wanted that line cleaned quoted me $239. Signed the work order then he started cleaning. During the whole time there keeped trying to sell me this $2,000 deal. Many times I repeated I just wanted the laundry line cleaned. Was there over 3 hours. Finally finished told me the bill was $479 to my surprise. I asked how he got that price and was told he cleaned the kitchen line. Not having told him to clean anything but the laundry line I was a bit upset. He said you signed a contact for two lines. I have never dealt with a company that was so deceptive and scamming with the likes of them. Do not do business with them the are a high pressure bunch of crooks. I will never do business with them again.
