I took off half day for service appointment between 1pm-4pm. Tech showed up at 4:50pm, looked at the service drop and said he didn't have the equipment he needed on the truck. Said it would take 3 hours to get the equipment and install it. I said that was ok with me. Called his supervisor who said do not work overtime, reschedule it. I said *** no, I already wasted a day from work. Total disregard for customer service...how do they call it customer service and keep a straight face?? Canceled my service for good. Very, very poor service and no regard for the customer.
