Upgrading from Sage 50 to Sage 100 **** was the worst company decision I have ever made in my life. The support and upgrade support is absolutely non-existent. Words can not explain my displeasure with this horrible company and complete lack of support.

》 Customer support is poor and difficult to reach. I’m sure they don’t actually care about their customers, but I am switching to another product with actual support.

》 Sage 50 Platinum Support: does not exist, don’t bother to purchase this software. Every update has problems. When there is noone to talk to about the problems then what is the point?
