For more than 10 years I have paid for several insurance policies with the Knights. One of them was not set up like the others (my fault for not realizing) so it renewed at a significantly higher rate (much cheaper options in the marketplace). Because the policy was in my wifes name, no one will talk to me about it or let me cancel it despite submitting the appropriate forms in the correct manner with my wifes signature. Yet they continue to take money from my bank account. Total rip off.
