They advertise this voluminous dress but they send you a top which barely fits a ten year old.Then they ignore your complaint then offer a 10%discount.The shoes i ordered with it two months ago has not arrived yet! Stay away from Chinese companies.I advise you to bombard the Chinese embassy with the same email until they take action.They are representatives of these companies and they hate it that they are being given a bad name.
