Stay away from this pest control company! Envi Pest Control of Meridian Idaho is a less than an honest business. All you have to do is look on yelp, the better business bureau, or even google to see the tons of complaints against them. Personally, I think they fake a lot of their five star reviews because no one with such poor customer service skills or record of shady business practices would have five stars! Their secretary S.P. is obnoxious, mouthy, and unprofessional. She’s NOTORIOUS for being as such. Simply put, a majority of the complaints will include her along with some sort of scam Envi Pest Control tried to pull. I don’t believe she’d speak that way to anyone if she wasn’t hiding behind a phone. DO NOT USE OR EVEN CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! serious warning!! I called ONE TIME to get a quote for in home and outside spraying for pests and the guy proceeded to ask me for my address ‘to find out what part of Boise I was in to see if he could do the work. I didn’t think anything of it and gave it to him I got my quote and told him I would call him if I wanted to schedule something. Apparently he took that as he should show up to my home and do whatever he wanted! I’m Assuming this because after that conversation I started receiving repeated phone calls and texts about them going paperless and holiday specials and what not I didn’t think anything of it thought it was them reaching out to try to get my business and then out of nowhere I receive a bill for $100 ???! Apparently they CAME OUT to My home and did this ‘work’ for me or so they claim all because I called one time to get a quote! These people are crooks and scam artists! Don’t give your address out ! I would have never had them come out and just spray the outside of my home my biggest concern was inside.. my quote was for inside and outside ! I’m just in shock at the nerve of these people! Please be cautious in calling this company and do not give out your address unless you schedule them to come out! Do yourself a favor and USE SOME OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANY!
