I worked with the West office and Kevin flat out lied to me to get me to pay rent. I had questions about random fees that showed up on my account. They took over two months to explain the charges. in that time I accrued late fees because I was not on time with rent because I was not sure about the charges. after I paid in full including all late fees no late fees were ever credited back to my account. Kevin at the West office specifically told me that since they had not responded to me in time with explanation of the charges that if I just paid the rent I would be credited back the late fee. That never happened! Wow! Kevin What a liar.
