Stay Away from Action Electronics;St.Pete,FL.

Charged an upfront diagnostic fee of $70. Called w/ diagnosis (they advised buying a new one, too costly to repair), and demanded another $60 for 'extra time spent diagnosing'. Would not return TV unless agreed to pay. No where on invoice does it state a time limit for the diagnosis fee. Appears that since they wouldnt be repairing, they had to find a way to make some extra money off of a customer. TV also came back with white scratches on the black shiny cabinet front, and tech who delivered it said his belt buckle must have damaged it. Company takes cash and checks only, and wants checks made out to an individual, rather than to Action Electronics. Way too shady, don't learn the hard way. Stay Away.
