Ticketmaster is the worst website on earth. And their customer service is absolutely the same - bad, terrible and awful. Saying this because I have an experience dealing with them and I don't want to go through this hell again. They resold my tickets to someone else an I was just unlucky enough that I came a little bit later than the person who had the same tickets. Of course, both of us had no idea about it, I am sure. Maybe if I came earlier, this complaint would have been written by him or her. Who knows. Of course, this type of questions is avoided among their representatives and they will never answer why the hell they do it. Asking for a refund, in this case, is a useless thing. So I am out of my money. And I hate these jerks from Ticketmaster
