I have again tried to reach out to customer service to no avail. I was placed on a lengthy hold then hung up on. I originally spoke with customer service about my room. The property manager was supposed to reach out to me but never did. My king suite was filthy upon me checking in. I have attached several pictures of the condition of the room including urine underneath seat dirty soap dish and shower black stains and dirt on rug. This room wasn't cleaned or Covid-19 sanitized.
